the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we appreciated their great service. the food was delicious and affordable, and we loved the variety that catered to all preferences.
We found it inconvenient to have only one key per room and the access to the elevator. It would have been better to receive at least two keys per room.

The staff were friendly and approachable, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel premises were clean, including the rooms and common areas. Additionally, the location next to the beach and proximity to various attractions made it easy to explore this city. Lastly, the breakfast and restaurant meals were delicious and reasonably priced.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area right by the water, with plenty to do for all ages. the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with plenty of amenities to ensure a relaxing stay. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the included breakfast is a nice touch.
The elevator access system could be improved to provide more than one key per room.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and they were always ready to assist me. The room amenities were top-notch, including a comfortable sitting area, a mini-bar, and a safe for my valuables. The hotel also had a dining restaurant where I enjoyed delicious meals. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was strong and reliable, allowing me to stay connected. I was impressed with the quality and comfort that this hotel provided.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive during our stay. They even arranged for a car to pick us up and drop us off at the airport without any hassle. The breakfast spread was also quite impressive and it made for a great way to start our day. the rooms were clean and provided all the necessary amenities.
While the hotel was certainly nice, the location was a bit far removed from the main attractions of the city. It made it a little difficult to explore the town without having to arrange transportation each time.
